About the Platform

The InspireXChange Deal Room (“Platform”) is operated by InspireXChange B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96595612.

The Platform is designed to facilitate introductions, information exchange, startup discovery, investor scouting, and collaboration between founders, investors, mentors, accelerators, facilitators, partners, and other ecosystem participants.

The Platform does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, immigration advice, or regulated financial services.

Any investment, commercial, employment, advisory, partnership, or contractual decision remains the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

Startup Profiles & Information

Startup profiles published on the Platform may contain public and private information.

Public profile information may be displayed on the Platform, indexed by search engines, included in marketing materials, shared within the startup ecosystem, and made available to investors, partners, mentors, facilitators, and ecosystem participants.

Additional documents and information requested by investors, facilitators, partners, or other users may be shared separately by the startup at its own discretion.

Each startup remains solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, completeness, and validity of the information it submits.

InspireXChange does not independently verify all information submitted by users and makes no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness.

User Contributions & Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain materials, documents, startup profiles, datasets, reports, presentations, investor information, educational content, analyses, and other materials originating from multiple sources.

Such materials may be:

• submitted by founders and startup teams;
• provided by investors, facilitators, mentors, partners, consultants, and service providers;
• developed by InspireXChange;
• contributed by students, researchers, interns, contractors, and ecosystem participants;
• obtained from publicly available sources believed to be lawful;
• provided by third-party data providers or referral partners.

InspireXChange does not independently verify ownership, intellectual property status, or legal rights relating to all third-party submissions.

By uploading or sharing content, users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority required to submit such content.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, platform architecture, Deal Room structure, scoring methodologies, evaluation systems, educational materials, proprietary reports, templates, software, databases, investor pipelines, startup pipelines, and other proprietary materials belonging to InspireXChange remain the exclusive property of InspireXChange B.V. or its licensors.

Nothing on the Platform transfers ownership of intellectual property rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Users retain ownership of their own startup materials, trademarks, business information, and intellectual property.

By submitting content to the Platform, users grant InspireXChange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, distribute, and promote such content for Deal Room, fundraising, acceleration, facilitation, ecosystem-building, and related business purposes.

Restrictions on Use

Users may not:

• copy, scrape, download, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, license, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written consent;
• create competing databases based on Platform information;
• harvest startup, investor, mentor, facilitator, or partner information for unauthorized purposes;
• use automated tools, bots, crawlers, AI agents, browser automation tools, or scraping technologies to collect data from the Platform;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages.

Investor & Fundraising Disclaimer

The Platform does not guarantee:

• funding;
• investment offers;
• introductions;
• startup selection;
• facilitator approval;
• startup visa approval;
• commercial partnerships;
• business success.

All investment decisions are made independently by investors and startups.

Any fundraising activities remain subject to separate agreements between the relevant parties.

Tax & Regulatory Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for its own tax, accounting, legal, immigration, regulatory, and reporting obligations.

Any fees, commissions, investments, grants, or commercial transactions facilitated through the Platform may have tax consequences, and users are encouraged to seek independent professional advice.

Data Protection

Users acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Platform, users consent to the processing of information reasonably required for startup acceleration, fundraising, facilitation, ecosystem activities, and Platform operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspireXChange B.V., its directors, employees, contractors, partners, mentors, facilitators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from use of the Platform.

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Users use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

Content Removal

If any person believes that content available on the Platform infringes intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, or other legal rights, they should notify InspireXChange in writing.

InspireXChange reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate, restrict access to, modify, or remove content at its sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Legal Notices shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
