You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this licence. We may remove content where required by law or where it violates these Terms.

9. Confidentiality and investment disclaimer

Materials on the Platform may include business plans and financial information. Treat such information as confidential unless clearly marked otherwise or agreed in writing. Nothing on the Platform is an offer to sell or solicit securities; any investment decision is solely between the parties involved, and InspireXChange does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

All content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials on this website and the Platform, is protected under Dutch, EU, and international copyright laws. All intellectual property rights belong to InspireXChange B.V. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Platform in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

16. Local laws & user responsibility

By browsing this site, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use does not violate any local laws or compliance regulations in your jurisdiction.
